Life and Career Clarity Coaching
You know yourself deeply. Now what?
After months or years of therapy, journaling, and deep inner work, you understand yourself. You know your patterns, your triggers, where your wounds came from.
And, you’re DONE just talking about it.
Coaching is what comes next.
Who is this for?
Coaching is the work of turning what you know into how you actually live. I believe there are depths of healing and growth that only become available to us after we’ve done the difficult work of getting to really know ourselves, and to face our truths honestly. Often this looks like months or years excavating old wounds, usually with the support of a therapist, examining them with new perspectives, and gaining clarity on how and why we may have developed the patterns we have. That work is critical. It creates the stable ground we need to build from to truly move forward with creating the life we actually want.
After building a foundation of true self-awareness, coaching takes you through the next steps: building acceptance, stretching your capacity to hold difficult emotions, and moving into concrete action that finally creates the changes you’ve been looking for - not just in how our lives look from the outside, but also from how they really feel from the inside.
This work empowers you to:
Move through uncertainty without freezing or letting fear drive your decisions
Build self-trust you can actually feel in your body, not just understand intellectually
Stop waiting to feel ready and reach for what you truly want (or figure out what that even is, in the first place!)
Shift from seeing yourself as inherently flawed to recognizing your unique perspective as the strength it is
Close the gap between knowing what you need or want to do and actually living it
Let go of the stories from the past that have left you feeling stuck and believing yourself to be limited
Where you’re headed
Imagine this: somewhere in the not-so-distant future, you move through your day with a felt sense of strength and knowing: who you are, what you’re aiming for, and why. You have an unshakeable sense of your own resourcefulness.
Even when you don’t know how you’ll handle something, you know you will handle it, and you’ll handle it well. You’ve let go of needing to belong and in so doing, you’ve come to understand you never didn’t belong. Your unique perspective adds value to any room.
Before coaching, I spent two decades in senior HR and people leadership roles, supporting individuals and organizations move through complexity, change, and high-stakes decisions. I both experienced and witnessed firsthand how external success doesn’t automatically translate to real, felt happiness, and how rarely we’re able to acknowledge that at work.
I spent years searching for something outside of myself that would help me understand why I felt so disconnected. My middle name is Joy and for most of my life, that felt like some kind of joke considering how little I could connect with the feeling itself.
Along the way I’ve learned that self-trust isn’t something you stumble on and hold onto like a shiny rock once you find it. It can only be built and maintained through practice and a willingness to consciously experiment with where and how you look for answers.
I’m not here to share a specific roadmap - because there isn’t one that works in all cases. I’m here to support you in navigating your own path to unshakeable self-trust in a way that is uniquely yours. It can feel like a long, lonely road, but it doesn’t have to be, and it can have an end, if you choose it.
I work with people who have done significant inner work through therapy, self-development, and deep reflection. They’ve invested real time, energy, and money into understanding themselves. They can speak fluently about how and why they’ve come to be where they are. And they’re ready for the kind of growth that shows up in their day to day.
Maybe you feel like an outsider, and like you’re navigating a persistent mismatch between your inner and outer selves. Or maybe you’ve built a safe, stable life that some part of you knows you’ve since outgrown. Or maybe you know what needs to change but freeze when it comes to actually changing it.
If you’re ready to move from endless self-understanding and self-analyzing to actually living differently, you’re welcome here.
